Salsa Steps are important, but there are many, many, but maaany things that are actually more important than a step itself, like techniques. Such as:

• • • Stepping
    • Lifting and moving our feet
    • Moving the arms properly
    • Spinning preparations
    • Maintain your frame
    • Body awareness and movement capability
    • How to connect with your partner
    • & many, many more techniques & concepts

• These are classes where we learn exercises to create isolated body movements and acquire proper dance techniques.
• Techniques classes are what make the difference between a beginner dancer and an advanced dancer.
• Either because you naturally got it, and learned it in the general classes, these techniques are needed for level 4.
